MICHELIN

answer to A: MICHLIN STAR is a system that used to evluate every hotel and resturant.It have three levels:from one-star to three-star.But if a resturant want to have a MICHELIN STAR leavel,the resturant must frist have a knife symple,it is related to how custmer feel about your reaturant's enviroment and confort.Only the resturant which have at least one "knife" can be on the MICHELIN's tourism leaflets,and only the resturant on the leaflets have the opportunity to become a level-restaurant.
And when MICHELIN evluate the restaurant,they will take the quility of raw、the cooking technology、creative and so on in to consideration.
MICHELIN STAR play a great role in hospitality industry,it served as a linker between tourists and suppliers in a certain way we think.It private tourists some professional information,then our tourists can choose a better way of travelling.


answer to B: Well,if I'm a manager of a five-star hotel,I will apply MICHELIN STAR to my hotel. Because they are a professional team in this filed.If I apply them to mark our hotel,I can get some high level information.If we are successfully become a choice on the MICHELIN's leaflets,then tourists will see our restaurant's name,and,of course,they will come to our resturant
to have a try.Accrossing to this,our resturant'fame will surely be improved,and also make greater profit to our resturant.
